The LONGTAIL is a version extended by 20cm of the SHORTY which allows, in a still compact format, to transport two children in the back and their belongings or shopping in the front (35cm shorter than a Decathlon longtail for example ).
The small wheels make the bike super agile and easy to handle.
They also help reduce its overall size.
Most importantly, they allow for a low frame, bringing down the center of gravity.
The small 20-inch wheels, the very low luggage rack and the frame of unparalleled rigidity thanks to its unique architecture make the Petit Porteur LONGTAIL a light, lively and precise cargo bike, easy to use and handle.
In the E-bike version (including the battery), the Petit Porter starts at less than 29 kg.
Add the platforms, the wheel protectors and the roll bar, you still do not exceed 32 kg.

You will choose the mechanical or electric version depending on the weight you carry, the distances you travel, the profile of your journeys and your physical condition.

We're not going to lie, the mechanical version should be reserved for fairly flat terrain or for transporting goods that aren't too heavy.
With 2 children in the back, you still have to be sporty to tackle the hills ;-)
