La transmission Shimano Nexus 8 vitesses offre toute la polyvalence et le confort que l'on peut attendre pour un vélo urbain.
- Une plage de vitesses étendue permettant aussi bien de franchir des dénivelés importants que de pouvoir accélérer sur les portions plates sans "mouliner"
- Une ligne de chaîne simple empêchant tout déraillement
- Un changement de vitesse possible même à l'arrêt (très pratique pour démarrer en 1ère à un feu rouge)
- Un entretien courant très réduit (un bain d'huile est préconisé tous les 2000kms)
Equipement de série:
- Les freins à disques hydrauliques permettent des arrêts rapides même lorsque le vélo est chargé.
- Les pneus Schwalbe Pick Up 20" x 2.15 assurent le meilleur compromis confort/tenue de route du marché, tout en offrant une résistance à la crevaison de très au niveau.
- Les garde boue enveloppants SKS offrent une parfaite protection par temps de pluie.
- Le rack avant noir est compris dans la configuration.
- Le vélo est livré avec une béquille simple pieds installée (béquille double en option)

You will start configuring a bike with a Shimano Nexus 8-speed integrated gear hub drivetrain.
This type of transmission has certain advantages but also certain disadvantages:
Benefits:
- Reliability / no derailment
- Ability to change gears when stationary
Disadvantages:
- Loss of pedaling performance especially if the bike is loaded and/or on climbs
- Hub maintenance with oil bath every 2000 km
- Not necessarily supported by all bicycle workshops
- Not recommended for electrification with mid-motor

If you have accessibility issues (such as narrow corridors in a basement), this ultra-compact solution is what you need. However, the carrying volume is limited.

This is THE rack for Le Petit Porteur, offering a generous loading volume.
Closed Rack 40cm x 40cm
Closed version of the Standard 40x40 rack. Paired with its basket, it is the ideal solution for transporting animals.

The shape of the handlebar changes the riding position.
A Sport-style handlebar offers a rather forward-leaning position, ideal for developing muscular power. It is best suited for a muscle-powered version of the bike.
A Comfort-style handlebar offers a more upright position, commonly found on a traditional city bike.
The Klunker model is an intermediate between "comfort" and "sport." It is both wide and relatively straight but with a significant rise, offering a rather upright riding position. Additionally, it brings a BMX / Moto X touch that perfectly matches the frame's style.

The Klunker Hold My Beer model is a variation of the Klunker model. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health ;-)
Your bike comes standard with a protective flap on the front mudguard.
We offer you the same mud flap on the rear mudguard as an option.
This flap will not protect you, but it prevents water from splashing towards the cyclist following you.
